You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the shipping confirmation email has been sent, we can no longer accept any refund requests. To cancel your order, please process it as soon as possible using the contact form and provide your order number.
Damages and Issues
If you receive an item that has been damaged during delivery, or if the wrong item is received, please contact us immediately. Include photos of the item's condition in your communication. We are committed to resolving the issue to the best of our ability.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
